DELIVERY TIME:
We offer First Class, Priority, and Express shipping. USPS usually takes 1-4 business days, depending on weight, shipping option and destination state. Weekends & Holidays are not included in the delivery time.

All orders  placed by 1 pm EST are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1 pm EST are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
 
WHERE WILL WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS?
We offer delivery of our products to any physical address within the United States. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have higher rates. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates please contact us and we would be glad to help you.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or overseas. These destinations are too high risk and we have experienced numerous incidents where the packages were either damaged, lost or returned to us at great expense.

PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal payments.  Once the payment is received, your product will be shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
You will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped.

CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If an error is made in the shipping address or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes.

However, if the package has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, we will need to contact the USPS and attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $10.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER:

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us.

Once the order has been shipped and not yet delivered, you will only be charged for shipping and the merchandise will be credited back.

REFUNDS:
We offer exchanges for any damaged or defective products, as long as the claims are placed within 7 days of the product being received. Shipping charges are not refunded on any returned/exchange merchandise. Exchanges or store credit only.
