Everything you need to know before your dog’s grooming visit.

🐾Grooming Services🐾

At this time, we offer in-store grooming services only.

Bath & Brush includes bathing, drying, brushing out, ear cleaning/plucking, anal gland check, and nail trimming. Finished with a bow or bandana and a light cologne spritz.

Face, Feet & Fanny includes all the perks of a Bath & Brush plus trimming of the face, feet, and sanitary areas.

No. All pets must be bathed by our groomer. Dogs not cleaned immediately before styling carry dirt and debris that can damage grooming tools and affect the quality of the groom.

💲Pricing & Timing💲

We can provide a breed-specific estimate; however, these are only guidelines. Final pricing is determined after evaluating your pet’s size, coat condition, temperament, and requested services. Flea & tick shampoo or removal incurs an additional charge.

Approximately 2–3 hours. Timing may vary depending on your pet’s needs. A $35 late fee applies for dogs left more than 30 minutes past completion, plus $35 for every additional half hour after closing.

📅Appointments & Policies📅

Proof of current rabies vaccination and expiration date.

Grooming is by appointment only. Walk-ins are rarely available, but you’re welcome to call and check availability.

We are not a daycare facility. Scheduled appointment times allow us to give each dog individualized attention and minimize kennel time—similar to a personal hair appointment.

You’ll be notified approximately 15 minutes before completion so you can arrive promptly. This minimizes kennel time and stress for your pet.

A 24-hour notice is required (48 hours for multiple pets). Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $25 fee or half the groom price (whichever is greater). After two no-shows, prepayment may be required.

🐶Safety, Health & Special Circumstances🐶

Yes. Pets may be kenneled when dropped off and while awaiting pickup for safety reasons. We are not equipped to monitor free-roaming dogs.

No. We do not groom sedated pets and reserve the right to refuse service if grooming cannot be done safely.

Pets with open wounds, stitches, or communicable diseases cannot be groomed until healed and cleared by a veterinarian.

We welcome senior and special-needs pets. Comfort and safety always come first, and grooming options will be discussed at check-in.

🪮Matting & Coat Condition🪮

Severely matted coats cannot be de-matted due to health risks. We allow 15 minutes of de-matting; beyond that, clipping is required to avoid pain and injury. This will be discussed before grooming.

Removing heavy mats involves risks such as skin irritation, cuts, or redness. Shaved pets may be more prone to sunburn and temporary behavior changes. Most dogs experience relief after mat removal. Pricing may increase due to time required.

🎾Comfort & Satisfaction🎾

Yes! We encourage familiar items. We do not give store treats due to potential allergies.

Please let us know as soon as possible. If a correction is needed, we ask that the dog return within three days. Notes can also be added to your pet’s grooming profile for future visits.

We reserve the right to discontinue service due to aggressive behavior. All incurred fees remain the owner’s responsibility.
