Grooming Policies
Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a grooming appointment.
- First no-call/no-show or late cancellation:
A fee of $25 or 50% of the normal groom price (whichever is greater) will be charged. This fee must be prepaid before a future grooming appointment can be scheduled. - Second no-call/no-show or late cancellation:
The same fee ($25 or 50% of the groom price, whichever is greater) plus the full groom charge must be prepaid before any future appointments. All new appointments will require prepayment.
Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment is due at drop-off or pick-up.
- Due to the independent contract we have with our grooming staff, we do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on grooming services.
- If adjustments are needed, our groomers will gladly make reasonable corrections within a short period of time.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards with a 3.75% processing fee.
Cash and local York County checks are accepted without additional fees.
Late Pick-Up Policy
Grooming appointments typically take 2–3 hours, though some pets may require additional time.
A $35 late pick-up fee will be applied for dogs left more than 30 minutes past their completion time.
An additional $35 fee will be charged for every half hour past closing time.
